Does your pet need a reliable sitter?

Aaron has been a tremendous help to us in caring for Simba. Simba is a 1.5-year-old border collie full of energy, so he can't be left alone for long periods. Aaron has visited us during our work days to walk Simba for about an hour at a time. Aaron has been reliable and communicates well about everything related to his visits, and he always sends a message with a photo when he's been out with Simba. Aaron has had no problems handling Simba even though when excited, Simba may pull on the leash and is a strong 21kg dog. Aaron has helped reinforce good leash manners with Simba as agreed, rewarding him for good passes and such, which has been a really great "extra" that we didn't expect from a sitter.

The care place is absolutely perfect for our dog Elli. The whole family radiated genuine "love for the species" - they really love dogs (and surely other animals too). Elli got more attention and petting at the care place than at home. 😁 Elli came home from care with her coat brushed and was really happy and relaxed. This will definitely become our regular care place for Elli. 🤗 I recommend it to others too. 👍🏼👍🏼

Warmest recommendations for Hoitola Onni. Our Lumi collie was in care for four days with Ramanda. It's wonderful that we found an experienced dog person from Porvoo through Pethotel, who was also nice and easy to arrange things with. Lumi surely also appreciated the peaceful location and walks in the vicinity of the Old Town.

The overall care period went better than we expected😊 Communication before and during care was smooth, and it was nice to hear updates throughout the care period. Arranging drop-off and pick-up times was easy, and messages were answered quickly. Our dog Hilla was happy to stay at the care place, and after the care she was energetic and her cheerful self😊 From the first messages onwards, I got the impression of a warm-hearted and caring person, and this impression was strengthened during the care period. The care facility was also suitable for the puppy. The caretaker was friendly and everything went smoothly. We had good communication between us and Lilla Frida will go to them for care again. Marie was lovely and a beautiful woman, I didn't quite expect such a likeable and empathetic woman to come across.

We are extremely satisfied! Really skilled and knowledgeable caregivers and everything seemed to go really well, even though our young dog has its own challenges. All needs were taken into account! The dog felt right at home and would definitely come again whenever. We received lots of pictures and messages during the care, there was no need to stress about how things were going. Hopefully we can continue to have our dog cared for right here in the future! ❤️
