We arranged a preliminary visit with Mia beforehand. It went well. Mia and her daughter got along great with my dog. The care times were arranged very flexibly. Overall, Mia was very friendly. I hope Mia would share updates about the dogs during care. She sent both messages and pictures of the dogs. It was nice to receive them. Everything went smoothly during the care. Mia clearly genuinely cares about animals and takes really good care of them. I'm really grateful that my dogs got to stay with her for care.

It went great! I got updates during the care about how things were going, and Johanna was wonderfully flexible when my schedule changed. The puppy seemed to like the sitter, as on the second and third care days was really excited to see Johanna.
