Robi is at a caretaker for the first time in an unfamiliar place. The experience was excellent. The care facility is reliable and good overall, and you could see that in Robi's demeanor as well. I can recommend this care facility and caretaker.

Communication was really easy from the start. Ansa enjoyed staying with Johanna excellently 😊 I received updates about Ansa twice a day as agreed, with pictures as a nice extra (the owner was more nervous than the dog grandma 😄). As a caregiver, Johanna is professional, warm-hearted, cheerful and attentive. The 3-night stay went smoothly and easily, even with minor schedule changes.

Our young laika received good care and everything went well, even though it was the first time being looked after by someone else. Everything went as planned, there is nothing to complain about.

Aaron has been a tremendous help to us in caring for Simba. Simba is a 1.5-year-old border collie full of energy, so he can't be left alone for long periods. Aaron has visited us during our work days to walk Simba for about an hour at a time. Aaron has been reliable and communicates well about everything related to his visits, and he always sends a message with a photo when he's been out with Simba. Aaron has had no problems handling Simba even though when excited, Simba may pull on the leash and is a strong 21kg dog. Aaron has helped reinforce good leash manners with Simba as agreed, rewarding him for good passes and such, which has been a really great "extra" that we didn't expect from a sitter.
