The overall care period went better than we expected😊 Communication before and during care was smooth, and it was nice to hear updates throughout the care period. Arranging drop-off and pick-up times was easy, and messages were answered quickly. Our dog Hilla was happy to stay at the care place, and after the care she was energetic and her cheerful self😊 From the first messages onwards, I got the impression of a warm-hearted and caring person, and this impression was strengthened during the care period. There was genuine interest in Hilla's needs and care, and she was truly included in everyday life. So I can really recommend this care place☺️ Thank you for taking care of Hilla❤️

The care place is absolutely perfect for our dog Elli. The whole family radiated genuine "love for the species" - they really love dogs (and surely other animals too). Elli got more attention and petting at the care place than at home. 😁 Elli came home from care with her coat brushed and was really happy and relaxed. Our English Setter dogs Sulo and Kamu went to Suvi's care for the first time for a day and everything went really well ❤️ Arranging things went smoothly and we were welcomed warmly. Suvi sent pictures and messages about how quickly the dogs had settled in and that put my mind at ease. When I picked up the dogs, it felt like they weren't in a hurry to go home and that was a good sign to me that they're in good care with Suvi 🥰🐾 The environment was also peaceful and there are wonderful outdoor areas nearby. I warmly recommend Suvi and we will definitely go back 🤗

Great that I found this place! Emmi and the whole family welcomed the dogs warmly and took great care of them the whole weekend. The dogs were happy and relaxed - like they were at home when I came to pick them up. Not everyone can handle two young wild boxer males. The conditions and care at Emmi's were the best, I would take the dogs there again anytime.

Warmest recommendations for Hoitola Onni. Our Lumi collie was in care for four days with Ramanda. It's wonderful that we found an experienced dog person from Porvoo through Pethotel, who was also nice and easy to arrange things with. Lumi surely also appreciated the peaceful location and walks in the vicinity of the Old Town.
