We were really satisfied with the care of our dog! The sitter was friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We regularly received updates about our dog's condition, so we always knew how it was doing. Communication was really easy from the start. Ansa enjoyed staying with Johanna excellently 😊 I received updates about Ansa twice a day as agreed, with pictures as a nice extra (the owner was more nervous than the dog grandma 😄). As a caregiver, Johanna is professional, warm-hearted, cheerful and attentive. The 3-night stay went smoothly and easily, even with minor schedule changes.
